Our Experiences
For over 30 years, our recipes were not written in books — they were shared at the dining table. From mother to daughter, from grandmother to grandchildren, flavors were taught by taste, by touch, and by heart.
Thai Soul Cook & Craft began long before it became a cooking school.
It began in a family kitchen.
For over 30 years, our recipes were not written in books — they were shared at the dining table. From mother to daughter, from grandmother to grandchildren, flavors were taught by taste, by touch, and by heart.
Each class is personally guided by the owner, who brings decades of real home-cooking experience into every step. We teach the authentic techniques Thai families truly use — balancing sweet, sour, salty, and spicy with confidence.
Cooking was never just about food. It was about caring for family, gathering everyone together, and creating warmth in every meal.
Today, that same spirit lives at Thai Soul.

From our family kitchen to Thai Soul —
Our small-group setting allows us to care for each guest like family. You won’t just follow instructions — you will understand the soul behind Thai cuisine.
Beyond the kitchen, we continue our family values by supporting local artisans through bamboo weaving and traditional umbrella painting, helping sustain our community while sharing our culture with the world.
From our family kitchen to Thai Soul —
we invite you to cook with heart, learn with meaning, and leave with a story to tell.
Our bamboo weaving experience was created with one simple intention:
Our Weaving Craft Community Experience
At Thai Soul Cook & Craft, culture is not only something we teach — it is something we protect and support.
Our bamboo weaving experience was created with one simple intention:
During the craft session, guests do not just make a souvenir.
to keep traditional craftsmanship alive while creating real income for our local community.
We work closely with local artisans — especially elder women in the village — who have practiced bamboo weaving for generations. Their hands carry wisdom, patience, and stories passed down through time. By inviting them to share their skills, we ensure their knowledge continues to live on.
During the craft session, guests do not just make a souvenir.
This is more than a craft activity.
You sit beside the artisan, learn the rhythm of weaving, understand the materials, and feel the connection between nature and tradition.
Every bamboo piece used in our class is locally sourced. Every workshop helps generate fair income and sustainable work within the community.
This is more than a craft activity.
It is a meaningful exchange — where culture is shared, dignity is preserved, and tradition is honored.
At Thai Soul, when you weave, you become part of something bigger.
