Aunt Sri-ket has devoted her life to the art of bamboo weaving since 1979. What began as a simple traditional craft gradually grew into a meaningful community practice in Pa Bong village, where she patiently studied, preserved, and passed on the wisdom of bamboo weaving to others.

Over the years, Aunt Sri-ket has not only created beautiful hand-woven pieces, but also built a supportive community for elderly villagers. By teaching and sharing her skills, she has provided meaningful work that allows seniors in the village to feel valued, connected, and proud of their cultural heritage.

Her weaving circle has also welcomed visitors from around the world. Some foreign guests who joined the community workshops found peace and healing through the gentle rhythm of weaving, especially those experiencing stress or depression.
